Donations

Non-Refundable Donations:
All donations made to Lusoconnectionuk are considered final and non-refundable. Your generous contributions enable us to support and empower the community through our programs and services.

Errors in Donation amount:
If you believe a mistake was made during the donation process, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Event registration fees

Cancellations by participants:

. If you are unable to attend a paid event or activity, refund requests must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the event date.

. Refunds may be subject to a small administrative fee to cover processing costs.

. Requests made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund but could be considered for credit towards future events.

Cancellations by Lusoconnectionuk:

If an event or activity is canceled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date or another activity.

Payments for services

Eligibility for refunds:

. Refunds for paid services (e.g., administrative support or workshops) will only be considered if the service has not been initiated or if there is a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

Merchandise

Returns and refunds:

. If you purchase merchandise through Lusoconnectionuk, refunds or exchanges are available for unused items returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
